LOCATION: We’re a 30 seconds walk from Cutting Room Square. A square in the heart of Ancoats which is surrounded by some of our favourite bars and restaurants including award winning Pizza joint, Rudy’s and Manchester’s Michilin Star restaurant, Mana. You’ll absolutely love walks along the marina to our favourite coffee and croissant destination, Pollen Bakery as well as the short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. TRANSPORT Our closest train station is Piccadilly and it’s only 15 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 15 minutes walk away at Piccadilly Gardens. PARKING: We have 1 free secure parking space included which is underneath our building. THE BEST BIT: Managed by City Superhost Ltd, Manchester's No. 1 Independent Management Company. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets). We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot. WELCOME GUIDE: Make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets. GOOD TO KNOW: You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 12.15 AM onwards.
